We spent a lovely afternoon exploring all the sights and sounds in our environment looking for the signs of Spring. We had great fun filling in our check list !

We are really enjoying all the STEM work we have been doing with Lego. We are working hard to prepare our project for the First Lego League where we will get to present our project in ATU.

Many thanks to all who gave so generously to our Trócaire fundraiser. We all got to experience what it is like for those less well off than ourselves who have to walk a great distance for fresh drinking water.

We enjoyed celebrating all things books for World Book Day. Our class really enjoy reading and we are so fortunate to have our own library in the school to foster the love of reading.  

Beautiful Easter wreaths made using a rang of fabrics and materials. A couple of photos also from our Water Walk this week which raised some money for Trócaire.

Today, our school took part in a Water Walk to experience the challenges many people face every day to get clean water. Our fundraising will goto Trócaire to help communities in need around the world.

For many of us, it is our first St Patrick's Day in Craughwell NS. We did not know what to expect. Teacher told us all to wear green and to use as much Gaeilge as we could for the whole week! We did some lovely colouring activities and enjoyed listening to Irish trad...
