We are very lucky and very excited to have such a large polytunnel in our school.
Ms Egan brought us out earlier in the year to plant seeds. Now some of our vegetables are growing. We brought home Lettuce Bouquets this week and we even had great fun messing and playing, pretending we were getting married to our best friends!
We helped pick the weeds and a lot of us had a go with the spray gun hose. It was great fun… we imagined having a water fight, but made good choices and avoided spraying anyone so far!
Fingers crossed our carrots and beetroot continue to grow and will be large enough to harvest at the end of the school year!
